ABOUT THE HEALERS FEATURED IN THE REPLAYS

Andrea is a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance and ran her own ballet school for 20 years up until the end of 2019.

A complete change in direction led her to study and take advanced diplomas in Hypnotherapy , counselling, and psychotherapy over the last 4 years.

Becoming more interested in metal health & wellbeing after her own struggles and watching her mother deteriorate due to loneliness, Andrea developed her own unique dance fitness class for the older generation to combine dance and well-being the “senior mo(ve)ments” classes are a mixture of fun, fitness, dance and socialising.

Andrea has adapted the class especially for us at Spiritual Junkies and it has been re born as “Jiggin’ Junkies”
